Link DaySmart Events with Opportunities

This process reads Staff/Event records from ScheduleApp_Plain.EVENTS, keeps a readable event name, extracts the last separated block beginning with 00 as an Opportunity candidate, validates correct 18-character 006 candidates against OPPORTUNITIES, and synchronizes the result into ScheduleApp.EVENTS_INTERFACE.

Candidate extraction and Opportunity validation are separate steps. A malformed candidate is preserved for later review, while OpportunityId is only populated after successful validation against OPPORTUNITIES.
