Recover Events from Saved Appointments

This process reviews ScheduleApp_Plain.APPOINTMENTS, identifies unique event/staff records by employee_id, and inserts events that are no longer available as active Staff in DaySmart.

Run Active Events Scraping first. This process only inserts employee IDs that are still missing from EVENTS, so active records keep the richer information returned directly by DaySmart.
